After many years of regular lucid dreaming,I developed my own technique which involves my own music. I spent over 2 years working and recording my own sounds like bird sounds, door sounds, ambient noise that I used in these 10 tracks. I use this music to lucid dream.

This course covers the basics, from what lucid dreaming is and when it can occur, to different lucid dream induction methods, to how to control your dreams once there. I've even included how to induce an OBE (out of body experience) or astral projection.
